What makes Reality Staging & Renovation different from virtual staging?
We are not traditional virtual staging. We created a third category: Reality Staging & Renovation.
Traditional virtual staging uses decorative images to help buyers imagine a space. Reality Staging goes further by featuring real, shoppable products buyers can actually purchase. This creates a more realistic, trustworthy, and interactive experience for both buyers and sellers.
It also allows agents and members to promote the listing as shoppable and sold with design services included, helping buyers move from inspiration to implementation with greater ease.
Reality Staging & Renovation also creates new revenue opportunities for our members, including affiliate income from 1,000+ brands and trade revenue through renovation and design services.
Do I have to be a real estate agent to join?
No. While many of our members are real estate agents, our training and tools are also designed for homeowners, contractors, designers, stagers, and entrepreneurs who want to offer shoppable design and renovation services.
Do I simulate the design into my listing photos or do you?
Both options are available. You can create your own renderings directly through ChatGPT by following our AI Playbook. If you’d like assistance or prefer our team to create the renderings for you, simply email your listing photos to info@styletodesign.com.

Can I put my own staging/Design business name on the design boards while sharing them across my social media?
Yes, absolutely. You’re welcome to add your own branding, staging business name, or logo when sharing boards publicly. We love seeing our members personalize their marketing and build their own design presence.
For real estate agents, we recommend keeping your design or staging business separate from your real estate business, such as through a separate LLC, so you do not co-mingle real estate revenue with staging and design revenue.
Can you do complete build-outs on new construction?
Yes. While ChatGPT can be helpful for many design simulations, complete build-outs may require a higher level of detail and quality. Please refer to our AI Playbook for guidance, or submit your project directly to info@styletodesign.com for assistance.
Our Reality Renovations team can create full visual build-outs, including kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, fixtures, finishes, and complete design packages for new construction or major renovations. Simply send your floor plans or photos, and we’ll help bring the space to life.
Can my assistant use my login?
Assistants cannot share your primary login; however, we offer an Assistant Add-On Login for $25/month. This provides your assistant with their own access to upload orders, organize boards, manage affiliate links, and support your workflow — all without using your personal account. To add an assistant login, please email info@styletodesign.com.
Do I have to disclose that I am making revenue on the merchandise links?
Chirpyest, our affiliate partner, does not require a commission disclosure when sharing your affiliate links. You are free to share and promote your shoppable design boards without adding a commission-related note, unless you personally choose to do so.
That said, we believe transparency is always best practice. We also recommend keeping affiliate revenue, trade revenue, staging, or design income separate from your real estate business, ideally through a separate LLC, so your real estate income and design-related revenue are not co-mingled.
