When you join the Style to Design community, our goal is to help sellers get a higher ROI (return on investment) on their homes while teaching Realtors how to earn additional profit. National Association of Realtor statistics is proven that Styled homes sell for a minimum of 6% higher and up to 20% more than the marketed competition. Style to Design will teach you to grow a strong listing business through our masterminds. Remember, Listings are essential for having a real estate business.
  • First, you can invest in their investment by offering staging services as a value-added service by using our design and accessory boards to build your inventory. We will educate you on ways to help you assist with the cost through your real estate commission. Our goal is to teach you how to win more listings with this value-added service. Your average sales price should go up based on NAR statistics of “Staged/Styled” homes selling on average of 6% higher but up to 20% more.

  • Second, you can contribute “X” amount at closing instead of assisting in the staging services. By doing this, your sellers pay for the furniture directly through our easy, affordable, click-through design board links. The Realtor then provides the solution on what to buy to get the home ready for sale. The seller then gets to keep these items when the property closes or sells items and earns a profit.
  • Fourth, seller purchases staging items through our design boards click-through links with an easy-to-use solution you provided to sell their home “Furnished”; the industry average is 150% market up on design installation (above formula also applies to the seller for profit). The seller then has the opportunity to sell the home furnished, and the home can then be sold at a premium price, or the seller can sell all the furniture as a bill of sale at closing and earn a profit along with proven statistics for “Staged/Styles” homes sell on average 6% higher than their marketed competition.
  • Third, you purchase staging items through our design boards click-through links with the opportunity to sell the home “Furnished” when selling the house furnished; the industry average is 150% market up on design installation. You then have the opportunity to sell the items to the buyer as a Bill of Sale at closing and earn the 150% market up while the seller gets the benefit of being able to increase their ROI by selling a home Styled. WIN-WIN!

Example: Realtor uses Style to Design to furnish listing through design board click-through links; you assist with installation and set up. The average cost to furnish an average-sized home using the non-luxury design boards are $15,000, and Luxury is $25,000.

  • First, allow your buyers to shop from the design boards to help them furnish their newhome, and this is a value-added service.
  • Second, you can earn additional profit by charging your customers for the design boards.Designers’ average design fee per room design is $550; you can determine what price youwant to set. You can charge more for Luxury design boards
  • Fourth, assist investors with furnishing their properties through our easy-to-use, affordable design boards. You can give the design board links to the investor as a value added service or earn a profit (see above formula for profit). You decide!
  • Fifth, Style to Design has provided you will 100+ templates for marketing style and design services from Listing Inserts, social media templates, before/after pictures and engagement stories, etc… We will teach you how to use these templates through our monthly masterminds to help create a buzz in your business.
  • Third, you can assist them with the design process by partnering with Style to Design (virtual design consultants available). The average mark-up is 150% to manage the project through installation.
